This Privacy Policy explains how Maagnetix Private Limited ("Maagnetix", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website (maagnetix.com), utilize our Demand-Side Platform (DSP), or interact with our autonomous media buying and customer journey intelligence operating systems.
Maagnetix is engineered from the ground up on the principle of Operational Memory with Data Sovereignty. We believe that an advertiser’s customer data and behavioral signals belong strictly to that business, and must never be pooled, resold, or used to subsidize competing algorithmic models.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary categories:
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
When you request a demo, open an account, contact sales, or communicate with our support personnel, we collect your full name, work email address, company or agency name, phone number, monthly media spend tier, and any contextual notes you provide.
B. Account & Billing Information
For authenticated users accessing the Maagnetix workspace, we maintain user credentials, cryptographic authorization tokens, role-based access configurations, billing contact addresses, and payment transaction logs processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
C. Technical & Usage Logs
Our infrastructure automatically logs IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring/exit URLs, timestamps, device classifications, and performance telemetry to maintain service reliability, audit user actions, and detect anomalous security activity.
3. Programmatic Advertising & Bidstream Data
In our capacity as a programmatic intelligence and DSP platform, Maagnetix processes real-time bid requests received from authorized Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Ad Exchanges:
- Pseudonymous Telemetry: Mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), cookie tokens, or privacy-preserving cohort identifiers provided through standard OpenRTB specifications.
- Contextual Signals: Publisher domain, page category, content taxonomy (IAB Category), URL path, and device format (desktop, mobile, CTV).
- Geolocation Data: Coarse geographic region (country, state, DMA, or city-level) derived from truncated IP addresses for localized ad delivery.
4. How We Use Information
We process collected information for the following specific purposes:
- Executing real-time bid valuations and inventory purchases on behalf of client accounts.
- Training tenant-isolated customer journey state models (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action).
- Detecting fraudulent, bot, or invalid traffic (IVT) before programmatic spend occurs.
- Enforcing autonomous campaign guardrails, CPA ceilings, and pacing limits.
- Maintaining immutable cryptographic audit ledgers of media mutations and human approvals.
- Fulfilling legal obligations, contractual requirements, and regulatory reporting.
5. Data Gravity: Customer Ownership & No Data Pooling
Our Core Data Covenant
Unlike legacy ad tech networks that pool advertiser signals into opaque marketplace models, Maagnetix enforces complete cryptographic and logical tenant isolation. Your first-party audiences, behavioral graphs, and campaign performance outcomes are never shared with or used to benefit another advertiser.
We do not sell personal information. We have never sold, rented, or monetized user personal data to data brokers, credit bureaus, or third-party marketing aggregators.
7. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA & DPDP)
Depending on your location, you may exercise specific statutory rights regarding your personal information under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), United Kingdom GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), or India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023):
- Right of Access & Portability: Request confirmation and copies of personal data processed.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data records.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal records.

8. Security Architecture & Data Retention
Maagnetix maintains rigorous technical and organizational safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, automated vulnerability scanning, and multi-factor access authentication.
Bidstream telemetry is retained in raw format for a maximum of ninety (90) days before being aggregated or purged. Account metadata and tenant operational memory models persist for the duration of the client agreement and are permanently expunged upon account termination.
